Exam photo resizer: exact pixels and KB

Crop your photo to the shape the form wants, resize it to the exact pixel size, and bring the file inside the KB range — for example 200 × 230 pixels and 20-50 KB for IBPS and SBI.

Your files stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded or stored on any server — the work happens inside your browser.

आपकी फ़ाइलें आपके डिवाइस पर ही रहती हैं। कुछ भी अपलोड नहीं होता।

1. Choose your exam or size

Change size or KB limits

In cm, the pixel size is worked out from the DPI (200 if empty). When a DPI is set, it is also written into the file.

2. Choose your photo

JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 25 MB. On a computer you can also drop a file here.

How the size is reached

The tool first crops your photo to the exact shape, then saves it as a JPEG at the highest quality that stays under the maximum. If the file would be below the minimum, it raises the quality, and — only where the notice calls the pixel size “preferred” rather than fixed — makes the picture larger (at most twice the width and height). If you tick the “add empty data” box, it keeps the pixel size from the notice and adds empty data instead. The result card always shows the real size in KB and in bytes, measured from the file you download.

“KB” is used in two ways: 1 KB = 1000 bytes or 1024 bytes. A limit of 20-50 KB could therefore mean 20,000-50,000 or 20,480-51,200 bytes. The tool aims for 20,480-50,000 bytes, which passes both readings.
